Scope of Service
ClearToBook is an online flight booking facilitation platform. We display fares and inventory received from airline and partner systems and help you complete bookings. The final travel contract is between the traveler and the airline.
Booking and Fare Rules
- Flight fares are dynamic and may change until ticket issuance is completed.
- Every booking is governed by airline-specific fare rules, baggage terms, and restrictions.
- You must verify passenger names, date of birth, and travel details before payment.
- Any correction after booking is airline-dependent and may involve additional charges.
Payments and Confirmation
- A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and ticket issuance.
- If payment is captured but ticketing fails, we initiate a reversal/refund as per partner process timelines.
- Convenience fee or service fee, where applicable, will be shown before final payment.
Schedule Changes and Disruptions
Airlines may reschedule, delay, cancel, or reroute flights. Such changes are controlled by the airline. ClearToBook will assist in communicating options shared by the airline, but final outcomes are subject to airline policy and approval.
User Responsibilities
- Carry valid travel documents and identity proofs as required by authorities and airlines.
- Reach the airport within recommended reporting timelines.
- Comply with baggage, check-in, and transit rules defined by the operating airline.
Limitation of Liability
ClearToBook is not liable for airline operational decisions including flight delays, cancellations, denied boarding, or missed onward connections caused by schedule disruptions. Our role is limited to booking facilitation and post-booking support.
